So I was going to exchange my note 7 online, but since the 2nd recall hit the day it arrived I never activated it, so online it still has my old Note 4 that I'm using instead of the Note 7. It has the upgrade marker so do I need to upgrade that phone and I'll still get the return packaging or do I need to go into a store to get this handled? Thanks.
