I do not stream videos, movies, music, radio nor do I play games. My primary usage is email, FB and apps as needed and I'm blowing through data like there's no tomorrow. Right now my usage is over 20GB. The Verizon store just says you shouldn't be using that much data - no argument from me but what is causing the problem? Something somewhere on my phone has to be wrong. HELP please. If I cannot resolve this will be forced to use another carrier and I've been with Verizon since 1996! Just can't afford the data charges anymore.

We appreciate your loyalty OldSecretary! I want to get to the bottom of this. We don't want you to leave us because of this. When you go into Settings>Data usage and scroll down who is your top contender? Do you have more then one line of service? Please share details so we can assist.
