When I downloaded Marshmallow in early March I did it connected to wifi and it loaded up and etc, but now every time I plug in my Note 5 to the computer it gives me an error saying that "your device's current firmware version is not supported to update firmware." Normally I wouldn't care, but why on earth is doing that? Not sure if the Verizon Assistant thing is going haywire or what.
I've also noticed a number of issues with Marshmallow and the Note 5 that both Verizon and Samsung said was going to be released ASAP, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I've got battery issues, connectivity to wifi issues, things don't always swipe off the screen while others do and then I have to hit the "X" instead to get them to close.
As much as I wanted Marshmallow, it doesn't seem as though Verizon tested this much as I keep reading others having the same issue. Business Weekly, Forbes, and a few tech blogs for android still reference it... I'd like it fixed.

Everything was fine before I downloaded marshmallow. If it was plugged in
and told to be in the "transfer media" button it showed in the Verizon
assistant, but once I got marshmallow it says the firmware issue.

Windows 7 is the OS. I've never had to mess with drivers on a phone before,
but then again I had iPhones before this. Like the note 5 much better so
far.
