4G Lit even when on Wifi

We want to make sure you are able to use our message + service at all times. We understand that removing this application may not be the ideal option for you but we do want to make sure we have tried this step as well. What happens when completing this step? JasperM_VZW

Thanks, but didn't work. I have absoulutely detremined that it is Messages + that kepps the 4G lit...no other app.

call filter is the issue on my phone, with it enabled the 4g is lit constantly, disable it and 4g is off.
