We just upgraded to two new Galaxy S22 Ultras. If we go somewhere it connects to 5G as soon as we switch towers it drops all connections and we have to restart phones
We keep missing phone calls and texts randomly.
Always seems to happen when we get 5G signal. Didn't have problems with connection dropping on our previous S10 and S20 5G.

It's great to know that you have some of the newest Galaxy phones, but let's get some more details on this to best assist. Are you using the same SIM cards from previous phones, or the SIM that came with your new S22 Ultra? Where are you seeing that you are connecting to a different cell tower? 5G is available in almost all areas now, with 4G still available as a backup, so your phone would always have one or the other through a seamless change.

We are using the new Sim cards that came with the phones. Wife has live chatted tech support and they reprovisioned phone and still having same issues. We know certain spots it is guaranteed to drop. Always when switching to or away from 5G. Have to restart every time. Sometimes multiple times. Phone is updated to current patch.

Connections drops on Highway 51 Hwy 169 intersection in 74146 zip code everyday when we drive by it. Same spot everyday. Walmart in Coweta 74429 has a 5g tower close because it does it there also.

Thank you for that information Jjkuchar. We'd like to reset the network on the phones. Please know this won't remove any personal information besides saved wireless connections like wifi. Here's a link to walk you through resetting the network settings on the phone. After the network has been reset, it may take a few minutes for the phone to reconnect to the network. Let us know if you see any changes with the service. https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-300876/

As a valued customer, your service and device concerns are our concerns too.
Connection issues with you S22 Ultra, is not the experience we want for you. Let's work to get this resolved.
How long has this been happening? Are you experiencing service issues while you're indoors, outdoors, or both?
Can you provide our Team with the city's name and state that you're in and the nearest intersection where you're located so that we can review the area where you're experiencing service issues? Thanks for your time and patience!
