A few months ago , I had a S20 FE 5G with Verizon. Reception was great and always had the 5G data icon. I've recently come back and got the same phone. Now all i get is 4G, 1 bar and dropped calls. Went through all the trouble shooting methods with and without a tech support. Nothing has changed still the same. Has anyone had the experience cause Im about to leave Verizon forever.
