I'M VERY UPSET, I BEEN TRYING TO GET THE PROMOTION SINCE APRIL 12 AND ADD A NEW LINE, BUT THE TOLD ME TO WAIT TILL 30 BECAUSE MY CONTRACT FINISH ON THAT DAY...TODAY 30, I CALLED AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME ANY PROMOTION THEY TOLD ME THAT FINISH LAST 15, I FEEL VERY UPSET...SAD AND DISAPPOINTED...THE ANSWER FROM THE "MANAGER" WAS I'M SORRY BUT THE GUY WHO TOLD YOU THAT DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING... THEY WORK ON THE SAME COMPANY AND DIDN'T KNOW WHEN THE PROMOTION FINISH....WHY THE PLAY WITH PEOPLE...??

What's the problem? I am sure most Verizon salespeople don't know when promotions end, only if they are currently active. Regardless, you were not eligible for the promotion UNTIL your current contracts completed. You would NOT have been able to get in on the promotion anyway, whether or not the salesperson knew when the promotion ended, which is doubtful.

What did they lie to you about? You have no way of knowing if the salesperson knew the promotion was ending. If they didn't and they told you to wait, THAT IS NOT A LIE.
If they didn't tell you to wait, you could have made a purchase right then, EXCEPT YOU WEREN'T ELIGIBLE.
I suppose you COULD have opened 2 new lines of service, paid the activation fees on those 2 lines and THEN cancelled your original line on or after the 30th, but then you would have had the extra hassle of notifying all of your contacts of your new phone number. Maybe that would not have been a problem for you. Most would not consider that an acceptable alternative.
Oh, I also think your "CAPS LOCK" key is broken.

I USE CAPS BECAUSE I LIKE IT..
THEY LIE BECAUSE THEY SAID THE PROMOTION END ON MAY 2014 ... YOU ARE OK IF YOU WAIT TILL APRIL 30 ... I WAS NOT LEGIBLE ON 12 FOR 18 DAYS NOT FOR A YEAR OR 2 ... 18 DAYS... THAT WHY THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT... I WAS OK IF I HAD TO BUY 2 NEW LINES...BUT THE GUY RECOMMEND ME TO WAIT ... I ASKED HIM ARE U SURE THAT VERIZON WILL HAVE THE PROMOTION AND HE SAID YES!!! I'M TELLING YOU THE PROMOTION END ON MAY...
THAT IS LIE...L I E ... PROMISE SOMETHING AND DON'T GIVE IT ...LAIRS...VERIZON HAVE PEOPLE WORKING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE , WHO HAVE NOT IDEA WHAT THEY ARE TALKING OR LAYING TO END THE CONVERSATIONS AND HAVE A HAPPY CUSTOMER WITH THEIR LIES
