I am not able to check the sync email box in my aol account. Could it be I downloaded an app that blocked me from now syncing? I had to reset my password on my AOL account and from then on it hasn't sync at all. I don't use this account to often but I do need it to work. Please help. I have tried a few different things.
Pumpkinmama477, AOL Mail has been beset with problems on every Android smartphone that I've used in the past several years. Verizon knows it, AOL never admits it, and users like you and many others are stuck in between. Personally, I use AOL's web site instead of the stock Email App. Go to "www.mail.aol.com" to sign in.
