Accidental reset lost notes

Somehow my Samsung Galaxy s8+ reset itself when it was in my purse. I have been able to recover everything from the cloud except content I had in the Samsung Notes app. Are these just lost for good? Any way to recover them? Thanks.

Have you called VZW CS for help?  If you have installed the Tech Coach app and call from your phone, with your permission they can access your phone and could possibly help restore your lost info.
