Jefcom93, it's important that you have service on your S9. We are here to help. Did you transfer your old sim card into the S9 or did you transfer your number to a new sim card? Have you turned off the old device? Please tell me more details about the transfer.

depends what you xferred it from. not all sim cards are interchangeable.
