I found this interesting in all the fine print from VZ...what do you think would happen if all of use disgruntled customers take them to small claims court all over the US?
YOU AND VERIZON WIRELESS BOTH AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES ONLY BY ARBITRATION OR IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT. You're talking about the possibility of taking Verizon to small claims court over a phone update that honestly never should have come to the Galaxy S5? Verizon never advertised the Android 6.0 update for the Galaxy S5, so this would be a serious waste of time and resources.
The likelihood of Verizon responding and showing up to a small claims court suit or suits is probably minimal. I'd take an upgrade to 5.11 and a phone that operates the way it was intended to and sold to me under the guise of being comparable to all the other S5 phones sold in the USA and other countries, compete with bug fixes and security updates the manufacture of the operating system corrected and improved upon.
