Android 7 Nougat - Problems 4G LTE SM-G925V

Hi I'm from Ecuador,

Months ago I bought a S6 Edge SM-G925V in the US, in theory they told me it was open frecuency and it was fit to be used in my country, and it was correct until I upgraded to the Nougat 7 version.

The compilations G925VVRS4DQE1 / G925VVRS4DQD1 cause me a problem with the navigation or my data plan.

I would like to know how to return to an earlier version to see if I can solve this problem

I know I live by using my GPS, donchentico, so it's critical that it work for you. It's awful to hear the update to Nougat caused this issue for you. The sad news is that, once the device software has been updated, it cannot be reversed to a previous version. I know this isn't the news you'd hoped to hear, but I hope it helps answer your question.

And how do I solve this?

There must be some way.
How can I unlock the bootloader to return to a lower version?

donchentico We understand you would like to go down to a previous software. At this time we don't have a way to move back to the original software. Even if we completed a Master Reset, the current software would load back.
