i switched from verizon to tmobile and now i get a notification saying sim card is from unknown source, why?
Are you using the Verizon Wireless branded Galaxy S4 on the T-Mobile network or something else?

Verizon branded phone on T-Mobile network
The phone should be set in global or GSM mode. You might have to add an APN.
The device expects a Verizon SIM card not another carrier's SIM card. I doesn't really surprise me it is giving you such an error.
As for what to do with the table error, you might want to check with other T-Mobile customers on the T-Mobile forum or another forum to find out if they get a similar error and what they did to remove the error.
