It has now been 10 months that I have been trying to get a watch promotion fixed on my account. Back in March 2020 we bought all new phones (4 in all) and two watches. Phone promos went through just fine. Our galaxy watches were on a buy one get one 450 off....here we are in Jan 2021 and it STILL is not corrected. I have spent 50+ hours on the phone with Verizon over NUMEROUS issues with this order and paid the last 10 months for a phone that was not working right because all the store wanted to do was continuously change out SIM cards. Tge watches don't do what we were told they would do without paying extra money which we were told was an included feature. I have been a customer for TWENTY PLUS years and am being treated like absolute garbage because they already have my money. Every customer service rep I talk to tells me ohhhh I'll take care of it and call you back....nada....never hear anything else back.....I'd love to say I'll remain a customer but I'm seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. Verizon has showed me exactly how much me being a customer means to them. Has anyone else had this problem???? I'm hoping this is a one off issue. Their customer service used to be EXCELLENT but they just don't care anymore. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed with the lack of care, urgency and want for customer retention in this situation. I could wrote a book about everything that went wrong with this order and the lack of care to rectify it.
Other have reported issue with promotion offer either having to pay more or not get trade in for example I would if returned the watches long ago as for the customer service it's truly disappointing and obvious they no longer care to help etc I been trying for several months to get one issue fixed still not just excuses and lies

I'm waiting for a call back, my fourth, for a promotion that was not correctly applied to my account. I've also been reassured twice that it has been taken care of, but then I never hear anything and it is not fixed. I'm new to Verizon and ready to leave. I'm so disappointed.
staciee619, we are concerned to hear you are having issues with a promotion. What promotion in particular are you having problems with? Was this in regard to a device upgrade?
If there was actually a private message I would be more than happy to reply to it but there kind of has to be one to be able to respond. Once again 10 months I have been trying to resolve this and just like everyone else you say you did something that you did not do......soooooooo frustrating. This is not the Verizon that USED to take car of their customers. This is the EXACT reason that Nextel had to be bought by Sprint. People ingeneral do not like paying close to $500 a month to be taken advantage of simply because they think you won't leave....ijs
Once again...actually send me a message and I'll have something to respond to as there is a big fat goose egg in my private messages....I just want this resolved....if I made y'all wait 10 months to be paid I wouldn't have service BUT you don't have tongive me promised promotions....just not right
A tip on there private messages they do nothing you will most likely get some authentication request I got probably ten it does nothing and anything beyond they just ignore you which is my experience
That does not surprise me. It's all to save face to make it look like they are trying to do something because no one can verify if people aren't coming back and making everyone aware that it is poppycock.....sooooooo frustrating
