Audio problem when on the phone

Having an audio problem with my Galaxy S8. This started a couple of weeks ago where I will be talking to someone on the phone and the audio cuts in and out and I can not hear the other person.  They can hear me.  This happens also when I am using Bluetooth devices.  This problem occurs on every call.   I didn't realize it was my Galaxy S8 until it happened while speaking to someone who was using a land line instead of a cellphone. 

I have not problems with apps such as Youtube or streaming movies. audio works fine only have problems when on calls

Anyone know how I can resolve this issue?

Happening to me as well.  Verizon is saying they arent hearing from many people there is a problem.  If you disable HD Audio, it works fine.
