Someone ordered two movies from Google play and billed to my verizon account-$39.98
I complained: google wouldn't change it-credit my account- Verizon wont either stating Google;s issue-so I am stuck with $40 higher bill than i am used to for my budget
Customer service both ends- Bad-they only seem willing to be efficiently helpful when you are buying a phone or adding a service.
Your carrier isn't responsible for what you or someone who has access to your phone purchased from Google.
If this was a fraudulent purpose, it's something you'd still communicate with Google.
That is rather strange. We are trained to look for payment verification when billing to your account.
