Every once in a while my battery starts draining much faster than usual (close to twice as fast) and the phone may or may not get a little glitchy at the same time (for example, today, it was only letting me change the media volume from the home screen, not the ringer volume as usual). It usually takes care of itself by restarting the phone. Any idea of what may be happening?
Those are both odd concerns, maya0630! I really have not heard of either of them. When did you first begin seeing these issues? My best suggestion for such odd happenings, would be a hard reset to the device. I do recommend ensuring your personal info (contacts, calendar, etc) are backed up to Google first. After the reset, the phone will reactivate and have you sign into Google to retrieve that info. Media files on the SD card will not be affected. Keep me posted!
