I bought my phone two days ago. Bixby does not work. It says checking network status. How do I fix it? How do I set up Bixby?

Thank you for meeting us in this forum for assistance. We understand your concern. Is data enabled on your device when you try this feature? Are you able to connect your device to the internet without connecting to Wi-Fi? Here is a link to help you with the set up, https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-213215/.
