when you block  number, you won't hear anything  if they call back & they can leave a voicemail.

Callers can leave a voice mail if the number is blocked via the device.  If the number is blocked via My Verizon, the caller can't leave a voice mail.

true but unless you're willing to pay extra, you only get to block 5.
