Bluetooth not working on Samsung S8 Edge

Was told by Cellular Country this was a Samsung glitch with the S8.  Doesn't make sense since it worked on my S5 with no problems.  Anyone heard anything about this?

AdiCon, we understand the importance of making sure all of your device features work properly. Allow us the opportunity to further investigate the details. Can you please tell us more of what type of concerns you are experiencing when attempting to connect your Bluetooth to your device (not connecting, connection drops, undiscoverable)? Also, have you tried to connect different Bluetooth devices and receive the same experience? May we have the make/model of your Bluetooth device?
