I just got a new phone (Upgraded my phone). The issue even on my old phone was that some people could call me and my phone would ring while others could not. I can make phone calls and receive/send text messages. I am an employee who requires a phone to work. Please can someone help me?

michaelabrown14, I rely on my phone for work as well and I'd be happy to help further review your new phone. What happens when you dial #832? Have you been able to make any successful calls since upgrading to your new phone?
This has been resolved. I have to reset the network on my phone and then if that does not work you must contact customer service for them to do an account wide resync.
