I'm having trouble syncing my Fitbit Zip on my Galaxy S5. It won't pair on Bluetooth and I've tried many options and it did sync as I tried all the options. Bluetooth sometimes sees it, but most of the time doesn't. I'm presuming this issue has to do with the last Verizon update and then Fitbit doing an update or just one of the two. Please assist!
KLASKA, we understand the importance of making sure your Fitbit is paired to your phone. Did the Fitbit not pair right after the update had occurred? Have you attempted to pair the Fitbit to another device?

I am having a similar issue. I cannot connect to the RHYTHM+ heart rate monitor after the update. We will be switching to another carrier at the end of our billing cycle.
