Can't connect to web suddenly, why?

with no reason at all I suddenly can not access the web, I have gone so far as to hard reset my phone which is only 3 months old and now I can't even complete the set up wizard because I can't access the the web I guess. I have double checked that my allowance has not been exceeded. I need help

No web is no good! Let's get this fixed. What error message do you receive when you access the web? Were you able to check your data on the device? Try removing/adding the Sim Card from the device http://vz.to/HhnviB.
