Can't find contacts on S8

How do we find the contact list? They seem to disappear. Very frustrating. The Verizon rep at Costco was able to bring them up, but since it is my husband's phone I didn't pay attention. Shame on me.

There are a couple ways to view the contacts on your Samsung Galaxy S8. First, there is a Contacts tab when you open up your phone. The other option is the Contacts app, this is the orange icon with the person.

Have tried that, and going into settings and syncing Google. The contacts

are not showing up. Only a few recent calls. All other phone numbers are

missing.

there are several items in google/gmail available to sync, have you selected contacts??

Yes, found another way to access the contacts. It was actually listed in

Groups under contacts. Have to figure out how to save to phone, but at

least we know where to find them.

gmail group contacts & contacts come up in i-phones if you select "sync"!!.

Rsimon04, please use the steps at https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-210845/ and make sure "All" is chosen for your display option. If you're still not seeing all your contacts by tapping the Contacts app icon, please try to add a new contacts https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-210841/ and let me know if a new contact appears successfully when you access the Contacts app.
