Can't update my Samsung S5

So I've had this issue since the day the 4.4.4 update came out. I try and update, and it fails and restarts my phone each time. Once it is booted up and the VZW service failed screen pops up (Also really really annoying that my $700 piece of equipment can't even boot up properly way to "f" that up too verizon) it then has another screen that says Software update unsuccessful "Sorry, there was a problem updating your SAMSUNG SM-G900V. No changes were made." It then tries to make me update it every single day... With no way to ignore the update. I would love some help on this issue, I've been to the Verizon store and they literally have told me that it's just something I will have to live with. No help there. I would like the full functionality out of my device I paid for. This is no way to treat customers. Not that your company gives a rats @$$ about us really.

It sounds as though you may perhaps be losing your connection, perhaps just momentarily, during the download, and so the download comes in incomplete or corrupted. A great workaround for this is to download Samsung Kies to your computer, assuming you have one, and use that program to do the update. This program will also serve you very well as a great way to backup your device and manage content. Its kind of like iTunes for Android.

nicholasbranson You are the best man, I've had this issue for almost a month now, and literally the next morning after my post you have it fixed within about 10 mins of my time! Seriously they should hire you as an actual support specialist you could run circles around these guys!
