Cannot Send Email from My S6?

My S6 receives email, but won't send them. I get a "530 - Authentication" error message (RO107005). I use Timewarner Roadrunner email. After spending time with TW they say the problem is with the phone. Any ideas?

If the default email program doesnt work, try K9Mail from the Playstore.

Thanks - I was laready there. Still doesn't work. I'll have to stop at the Verizon store.
