I have the verizon samsung s4 and a few days after the update, my phone stopped charging. I am using the original white samsung charger that came with the box and I still get the error message that I need to use the original charger. I've tried restarting the phone with the charged plugged in and without and it still will not charge. Anybody have any solutions? Thanks in advance.

Thank you for reaching out. Let's take a closer look at the device. Have we tried to power the device off, remove the sim card, re-insert and retest? Does the phone have any liquid/water damage? Have we tried another charger besides the original one? Please let us know so we can get to the bottom of this.
