I have had nothing but problems with Verizon since i started service. I've asked twice to have my bill due date changed to the 3rd of every month since i am paid monthly on that date. It has not been done, chats disconnected and hung up on. now i have multiple reconnect fees that shouldn't have happened. I've been charged for two 3rd party apps.....Apple music and a 39.99 subscription to an app i've never heard of.......what happens...chats disconnected multiple times.  When i added a second phone i was told in the store i would receive a 150.00 gift card for buying the iphone 11....guess what i havent received? ....multiple chats one disconnected just minutes ago....NO HELP!!   Oh and my 6.00 subscription to Disney+ hulu bundle is not working....cant connect to either app...well chat disconnected again and again and again......How can i have so many issues in just a few months??? SHOULD I SWITCH???

My experience in chat is nothing but time wasted with bots alledged live reps who do nothing but repeat same scripts some for over an hour and one manager did for 5 hours no help nothing might as well be talking to the wall could get better help from Wall phone reps no better usually

seancolletti, that looks like quite a lot that you've been through in such a short time. I have never seen so many issues for one account. The good news is that we are here to help get the ball rolling so let's work together .

-TakendraW_VZW i have even tried DM through twitter with seems like a bot...just like normal chat....do you have an email where a real person responds???
