You certainly did a great job of troubleshooting the Verizon Cloud app versus the Desktop / web view, JP1605. We are sincerely sorry you continue to get this error. Upon further research, error 11 is suggesting that something is blocking the cellular data on that line. This could happen from an actual block feature or a weak enough signal that the Cloud interprets it as blocked.
