I got a new phone. The old phone is no longer available for content transfer. The call logs/history appears on my new phone with a gap between 06/04/2021 and 08/28/2021. I have spent hours on the Verizon website trying to figure out how to correct this issue on my phone. I can see the calls on my usage report. I need them on my phone with the rest of them.
