The phone itself works fine, but Verizon customer service is the worst you can't get a hold of a live person ever and the website is seriously flawed its saying I owe on two phones when one is paid off. Im taking my paid phone and leaving ASAP and taking my number and as soon as the new one is paid off it's asta la vista verizon
