Deleted/missing app file

I'm having trouble logging into Samsung account app through my S5. I found my 5 year old niece in my system files (goodness knows how she got to that point) and I believe she may have deleted the sign in page file for Samsung account. I can't even do a factory reset without this file. Can someone please help me?

She couldn't have done that without rooting the phone which no phone out of the box gives a user.
