Dial Pad Times out in about 15 seconds unless you continually tap phone display (dont mess up and hit a number).
This is an extremly ignorance when online with many businesses or government where you are constantly requested to hit a number. (VA Takes you on a 4 minute "Tap a Number " dance yo connect to your doctor). Screen Timeout does not affect the dialpad.
So far, I can not find an option in setting to change Dial Pad Timeout?
Does anyone have a solution to this? Thank you.
I can understand the frustration of having a dialpad that times out Morganfj. Is the software up to date on your device? Do you have your screen display set to stay illuminated more than 15-seconds?
