I've had a lot of dropped calls since July 15, 2019 in my area when will this problem be fixed.

Cg12, being able to make and receive calls is important. Let's get to the bottom of this. Do you know if other Verizon customers are experiencing the same thing in your area? What is the make/model of your device, and do you have any issues with texts or data? Any additonal details of what troubleshooting steps you have taken will be helpful. Thank you. EricaG_VZW
