Why doesn't my email notifications work on my brand new Samsung S8. This is my 2nd S8 in a 2 week period. Already had to do master reset on 1st device (mind you I lost a lot of important information). That still did not resolve issue went back had to do another master reset to be able to switch which still cost me 30.00 (upgrade fee). All I want is a working phone and of course I'm out of my 14 day buyers remorse so I would have to get a refurbished device. Guess this is my payback for leaving T-Mobile after 13 years.
I would have removed the email account from the phone first and verified the mobile server settings again.

DESMOU60, making sure you are notified when new emails arrive is important. Did this occur from the very beginning when you received your new device? Are you having an issue receiving any other notifications?

Getting those email notifications is important. bearone21 and Ann154 had some good suggestions to ensure that notifications is checked in settings and to remove/re add the email accounts first. Please let us know how notifications are working after those steps.
