I disabled the visual voice icon on my husbands s4 mini, i have no option to enable it. Went online and purchased visual v for him , but icon still wont show up HELP
Visual voicemail is a great feature judiv. We want to make sure your husband is able to use this with his S4 Mini. Let's see what we can do to get this back for you. On his phone, you will want to go to Settings, Application manager, slide right to the heading that shows Disabled or Turned off. Here you should see the voicemail icon. Click on that icon. Then click on Enable. This will allow the app to show up in his app list and be able to assign it to a screen for easy access and use.
