Hi! I damaged my Samsung Galaxy S8+ and the phone is now unresponsive. I received a new phone by using the insurance and now I have to return the damages phone. I have tried everything I can think of to erase the contents of the damaged phone, but nothing works because the phone is unresponsive. Anyone with any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
bruinsfan14, It's great that you had insurance on your phone. I'm sorry to hear about the damage. If you're phone is completely unresponsive, you won't be able to delete it. However, here is an option to try if the phone can connect to the internet.
