Faulty Service

I purchased the most expensive plan and also brought my own device.

I have full bars and no data. I have reset the phone. I have reset network settings. I have toggled airplane mode. I have tried countless troubleshooting steps multiple times and called Verizon.

I have full bars and no data in place where the towers are full operational. 

This is my last attempt to try and fix the issue or I'm switching my service to a better provider.
