Is there a way to force an S10 to use only 3G? At work my 4G connection does not work, but when it auto connects to 3G it works perfectly.
My phone is brand new, and i also had the same issue on an S7. This problem became worse the last few weeks, to the point where I cannot use anything related to data on a 4G connection.
Zallice, that is an excellent question! While streaming on 4G, it is supposed to be far more superior than the 3G services! However, we defintely want to take a look into your data speeds to ensure you can stream with ease.
