I was driving into work and everything was working fine then suddenly internet went out. I thought it was just the location but now at work and have full 5G bars but no service. I have tried resetting network settings and turning phone on/off. I can text and make phone calls. This is ridiculous to pay so much for service and if it's not resolved today I will be leaving Verizon. I paid half price at another company for the same issue which is why I switched but if I have issues everywhere then I'd rather pay half price!!

is this no data issue at all locations or just some (among where you would normally see good connection)?
if it's all location then you may want to check with UBreakIFix for a hardware check or reach out to Samsung Members once you notice the issue again.
Otherwise, it sounds like some of the VZW towers may be having a bad time at the moment.
If you don't mind, could you share the device model number and the software version the device is on?
