New phone since Friday. Got to work today and zero connectivity. Apparently we have a Verizon 5G tower almost in our parking lot so the phone is constantly connected to 5G service . . zero connectivity. Nothing loads. took out the sim card and put it back in. It connected to 4G for about 5 minutes and worked beautifully...until it automatically connected to 5G again and became a brick. Same thing when I restart the phone. I use my phone for work and cannot have it not connecting all day long. Any way I can just use 4G service at this point and forget about the stupid 5G which isn't working?

Thanks for the app link! Hilariously, the original LTE band 13 is best in Charlotte. It just works, and has ample bandwidth for normal internet to just work.
