I just recently got back from deployment, and when I turned my phone back on, the mobile data isn't working. I have full bars and I can make and receive calls and texts, but no data usage. Every now and again A 3G or a 1X symbol will pop up but they are grayed out. WiFi works fine. I checked my account and it said I was data to use and I even hard reset my phone to factory settings, took out and replaced sim card Nothing is working. Please help if you can.

I would go to a store to get a completely new SIM and make sure data is not blocked
