Ever since my husband and I replaced our old phones with the Galaxy S5, we miss calls because the phone doesn't ring nor does it show a missed call. The only way we know we had a call is if the caller leaves a voicemail. I have been dealing with Verizon tech help since Nov with no resolution. This morning I couldn't locate my phone in the house so I called it and it never rang. Can anyone help or does Verizon care???

Nope, none of the above. It's one of those annoying periodic things. Happens several times a week.

Are you losing network connection? Indoors, or deadzones?
IF it's only one phone, I suggest a new SIM card. If you've only had the phone a short time, consider your options for return or exchange.
14 days to return and get another new phone
after 14 days it has a warranty period. If new, it's one year. Certified devices have 90 days.

I don't seem to be able to reply in the forum right now so I'm doing it by
email.
Both our phones have the same problem. Verizon did give me a new phone.
Same issue. I'm told it's because we live near Lake Ontario so we
purchased a network extender. That didn't work as it kept dropping
calls. Also, I don't believe that is the problem since the same thing
happens when I'm driving on a major interstate. We NEVER had any issues
until we upgraded our phones.

Thanks for trying to help.... I guess I'm going to have to leave
Verizon... I don't really want to but they can't seem to explain the
problem either.

The last thing we want is to lose such a great customer. You mentioned having a network extender, did you notice any changes once that was installed?
