I live in a small town and have had a Galaxy S4 for a long time. I was able to get 3g with my old phone. Last week I bought a Galaxy S7, had it set up at the store in a different town, and now I can only get 1x on extended network. Is there a way to get back to the 3g?

Thank you for verifying your ZIP Code. It seems you are in an area with limited to no service. For this area, we recommend getting a Network Extender for interior service. If you already have, you can also use Wi-Fi calling. You can review information about our extender here, http://spr.ly/6584Doq5w.
