Says I have received a message, but when I view it it doesn't show in the message and when I send a text I cannot even see it. Internet and 4g stopped working. I have restarted it, taken the sim card out, taken the battery out and will not working. I live in South Carolina....what is going on here Verizon?
Thanks for all the troubleshooting you have already attempted Efree08! We can definitely work to get your device working again. Try going to Settings>Apps>All>Messaging and clear cache & data on the messaging app. This will not erase your text messages, but it may correct the issue. Please let us know if this takes care of it!
