Since the last update email won't auto sync and no notifications (led, sound or # received) for it are working. Why?

Updating software on the phone should be an easy task with enhancements that will help improve the experience with your device. I am concerned to hear that was not the case with your phone but we will work to get this resolved for you. Is this only happening for specific email accounts or just one in general? Which software update do you have currently?

I only use one email account, this one my business account. No longer do emails auto sync, no light or sound notifications for emails since it doesn't auto sync. Frustrating. I'm told by Samsung that that's the way it's goinh to be.
