After the JB update the pictures in my Gallery won't open. The gallery opens and I click on the folder to open the pictures, the pictures open and then it just freezes and will not do anything. Has anybody experienced this? Any help would be appreciated.

Oh my! I know how important picture memories are, so let's get your gallery working asap! When the device completes a software update, depending on the applications on the device, it may not restore properly. I would recommend a Hard Reset http://bit.ly/LfV00q . Be sure to back up the device first, the Hard Reset will attempt to repair the device and reset the device back to defaults. Hope this helps!
