Group text messages sometimes send as individual

Hi,

On my Samsung galaxy 10s my group messages sometimes get sent as individual messages to each person. It happens like every 5th group text so it isn't a setting. I'm responding from the text not the notification bar. Not sure what I should do or if the issue is my phone or verizon?

Hi there, HanJD. We understand it is odd that your phone is sending out these messages individually. When did this begin? Also, are you using the basic messaging app that came installed on your phone? Or another messaging app?
