The latest update turned back on HD calling. Since I have weak signal, it constantly drops calls. There is no longer an option to turn it off on the S20. I have tried to turn it off through the website but when I click unenroll, the website gives an error message. Customer support chat has been basically useless. HELP!!! My phone will not work.
Good morning, CTGalloway21, We want your device to work as intended. I understand that you are unable to disable HD Calling. Please try to turn off Advanced Calling as per this link (https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-229454/) and keep us posted. -Antonio
Advanced Calling no longer shows up under Connections.

If it doesn't get turned off, I will have no choice but to switch providers. Why won't Verizon help me?!?!?!?!?!
