Hey All
I am hoping someone can help me. Just got the Galaxy S3 in Amber and I love it. But stock texting app is messing up. I am getting multiple messages or none at all. I used to use Go SMS but it doesn't work on this phone so its not a app I down loaded.
I have been to the store cause it has froze 3 times with no resolve. Had to do a hard reset. could it be got a glitch filled phone.
PLease someone help....

I want you to enjoy the very best reliability from your Galaxy S III luckdcharm! Does this still happen after the hard reset? Did you reloaded your apps? Is this happening with every message? Do you see a specific error message when sending or receiving? I recommend deleting your message threads and starting new ones. If it doesn't improve, I recommend testing the device in safe mode to rule out third party app conflict. http://tiny.cc/16e6ww

If it truly is the stock message APK that is causing your phone to freeze up then I'd try using Verizon's 3rd party messaging app. It's actually pretty good and I prefer it over Samsung's stock text app. It also works much better with group messaging if that's something that you do often.
